Combine the excitement of city exploration in Cape Town with the thrill of an off-road safari adventure in the malaria-free Eastern Cape on this eight-night 'in country' family holiday.
Cape Town is your first stop on this tour for four nights. Home to everything from a penguin colony at Boulders Beach to leisure, shopping and exclusive entertainment at the wonderful V&A Waterfront, there are plenty of activities to keep the whole family entertained during your stay.
The Eastern Cape will be the second and final stop on your tour for the last three nights. The private game reserves support an impressive array of wildlife. From the hundreds of elephants in The Addo Elephant Park to the ‘Big Five’ of the Kariega Game Reserve, you’ll enjoy a great family adventure.
This sample itinerary works well for February, May and October half-terms as you set off on a Friday evening and arrive back on a Sunday. Cape Town is a fascinating city for adults and children alike and the non-malarial Eastern Cape means you don't even have to worry about taking any precautions.
Half-terms holidays don't get any more exhilarating than this!
