Experience one of Africa's greatest natural wonders in The Great Migration with this seven-night wildlife watching adventure across Kenya's spectacular Masai Mara.
The Great Migration, one of the world’s finest events, plays out year-in, year-out across the plains of the Serengeti and Masai Mara.
Over two million wildebeest, zebra, eland and gazelle follow the rains and subsequent new grass as they trek thousands of kilometres, running the gauntlet of hungry predators such as lion, leopard and crocodile.
In August, September and October, the herds converge on Kenya’s most famous park – the Masai Mara. Competition for grazing is high and so too is accommodation for people eager to witness the natural spectacle.
This itinerary allows you to be among the abundant herds. Traverse the Ol Kinyei and Naboisho conservancies, while staying at Porini Mara Camp, with game drives completely flexible to you.
As well as this, you also get to spend time in Olare Motorogi Conservancy, while staying at Porini Lion Camp, with an escorted walk – one of the most unique ways to spot some of the lesser-seen animals.

Awake to the array of bird calls in the nearby bush and enjoy a hearty breakfast before setting off for the Masai Mara.

Return to a hot shower and a hearty dinner with drinks around the campfire.

Head out on an early morning escorted walk in the conservancies – which can't be done in the national parks – offering you a unique way to spot some of the lesser-seen animals.
Return to camp for breakfast before departing for the Olare Motorogi Conservancy, known for its great sightings of lions, cheetahs and leopards.
Check into the stylish Porini Lion Camp for a three-night stay, with all meals, local drinks, game drives, park and conservancy fees included.
Then head out after lunch for a late afternoon game drive, sundowner drink and a night drive before returning to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 7 | Final Day & Flight Home
Wake up for an early morning game drive or guided walk with a Masai guide before returning to camp for a final breakfast.
Transfer to the local airstrip and, after fond farewells, you board the light aircraft flight back to Nairobi’s Wilson Airport.
Arrive for lunchtime, and be met and taken to the Carnivore restaurant nearby.
Enjoy the carnivore experience before being taken to the Giraffe Sanctuary for a visit. Get eye level with the rare Rothschild's giraffes and feed them before being taken back to the international airport in time to check-in for your overnight flight to London.
