I was born in Johannesburg and have spent much of my time travelling and working in Africa. Johannesburg is a bright, vibrant, busy city which gives you a different outlook on life and the feeling of endless possibilities. South Africa has so many different cultures and has 11 official languages, having grown up here, it is no wonder that I enjoy discovering different cultures and languages.
My interest in travel began in high school when I decided to go to France as an exchange student. Having travelled around most of France and learning French as my 3rd language, my travel and tourism enthusiasm really started here. I started working for the French Tour Operator . This involved working with European markets ground handling for incentive and group tours. This allowed me to travel around South Africa extensively.
I am at my happiest when in the bush; nothing beats an African Sunrise while drinking a hot cup of coffee with just the sounds of nature around you. I love spotting animals on safari, a particular highlight for me includes sleeping under nothing but a Mosquito net in the wilderness of Zambia, unforgettable!
Conservation is an incredibly big part of what I believe in and I am always looking for ways to help protect our planet!
