Not known for its beaches, despite a coastline that stretches some 1500 miles, there are some very pleasant beaches to be found on Peru’s northern coast. The small beach town of Mancora is a favourite for a Peru beach holiday although it can get busy at weekends. Surfing is good in December and January and kite-boarding kit can be rented locally. There are a number of good, simple restaurants serving fresh seafood. We can offer some contemporary styled boutique accommodation in Mancora such as the DCO Suites which have a tranquil setting and direct access to the beach as well as spa facilities.
